Atalanta and the Lion

A very personal tribute to the cities of Bergamo and Brescia in Italy, my cities, the most damaged and affected by the Coronavirus pandemic, two cities that fought bravely every day and that had lost so much.

In Italy, Atalanta is the symbol of Bergamo and the blue Lion is the symbol of Brescia and I wanted to portray both of them as fragile yet fierce warriors.
